Classes

Train with Purpose. Perform with Precision.

The Reality of Training: Savate is a contact sport. This is not a cardio class!

This is where training begins. Our classes are designed to develop real skill in Savate —from fundamental technique to advanced application. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, each session is structured to build precision, control, and fight intelligence.

What to Expect

Technical instruction in kicking and boxing combinations. Partner drills focused on timing, distance, and accuracy. Controlled sparring (Assaut) to apply skills in real time. Progressive development in both physical and tactical performance.

Every class follows a system designed to build athletes—not just burn calories. You will learn to strike with precision—and you will learn how to manage incoming attacks with control and composure. Training is conducted in a structured, safe, and respectful environment, where progression is earned through discipline and consistency.
